Shipping Timeline for Orders

Shipments are processed on business days only. Once a tracking number is assigned to the package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details.

Same-day carrier pick-ups may be available, depending on the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11:00 AM PT are processed on the next business day.

Changing the Shipping Address

The delivery address can be changed through ETAnow before the order is processed. Contact us as soon as possible to request updates.

After processing, address changes may only be possible by contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Delivery Speed

Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method.

Available shipping methods in the US are:

  • Ground: 3–5 business days
  • Standard: 2–3 business days
  • Expedited: 1 business day

Note: The provided shipping times are estimates. Delivery may take longer during holidays or due to circumstances beyond ETAnow’s control.

Shipping Areas

ETAnow currently ships to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. If shipping is needed outside these areas, contact us to discuss possible accommodations.

When placing an order, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to ensure proper delivery.

For deliveries requiring special instructions (for example, “Signature Required”), contact ETAnow to include these details.

Shipping to FedEx Office locations is not supported.

Recovering Lost Parcels

If tracking information shows that a package was marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • For office deliveries, check with the building manager, front desk, or mailroom.
  • For residential deliveries, check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.

If you still cannot find the package after these steps, contact ETAnow to file a claim.

If tracking information indicates the package was lost in transit, contact ETAnow with the relevant details to file a claim.

Replacing Damaged Items

Contact ETAnow with a detailed description of the issue, including photos of the damaged items and packaging.

After reviewing this information, ETAnow will provide instructions and arrange a replacement for the affected item.
